I'm not a fan of the side bracket for the RV drain hose, too many individual anchor points for my liking. Reliable ongoing support is what I need and this system seemed ideal to me. but when i got it i looked again in the box for extra parts and found nothing, no chain or any metal parts. Okay, I can just use paracord or zip ties to attach it through the two hanging holes on the front end, no big deal. But that's far from its biggest downside, it's fairly narrow to support the diameter of a standard feed hose, especially with the weight of water and waste. to the telescope. As you can imagine it was totally inadequate on its own, the hose fell off, the rails came off, no bueno. Rather than flipping the unit over and sending it back, I installed the support legs and used the zip ties to attach the rails to each other, the post, and the tubing. It works fine now but I'm sure there is a cheaper option. One experienced hiker I met says that plastic gutter pieces work really well.
