Review on SweetProcess by Jay Williams

The ease of sharing documents between users is great! It's very helpful that you can set up folders where different people are working in, making collaboration easier to manage for each person involved; however there isn't any way I know about to search by author or date etc so this could be improved if anyone knows how? Documenting workflows within my organisation has been made much simpler as we have a centralised platform through which information flows from one department to another - all processes/documents flow into Sweet Process via our internal ticket system but still allowing access permissions depending who needs what level at time.
