Perfect Steam Deck Companion
I got this hoping that it would make a great, quick, keyboard for the Steam Deck, namely for Final Fantasy XIV. Given that I needed this exclusively to type, it is perfect!This brilliant thing has both Bluetooth and a 2.4ghz receiver. I keep the receiver in my Anker dock and it connects instantly. Bluetooth connects without issue when I am in portable mode, but naturally takes a few more seconds.The keyboard is comfy, affordable, has a backlight, all of the keys I could ever think of needing and then some. It even has a trackpad and mouse buttons that is very responsive and saves me from moving to the Steam Deck to use a trackpad in succession with typing.This purchase could not have been any better for my use case. Can you type as fast as with a keyboard? Shorter sentences, maybe. Longer ones, no. However, the time saved due to the form factor and the ergonomics makes up for it. 5/5
