Excellent Tech Support

The specs looked good so I bought them and started tweaking them. I had to enter a more secure WiFi password than my current one. I didn't want to change 50 passwords on the various Wi-Fi devices in my house so I figured it would come back, but I called tech support. A technician sent me a driver/download that removed the Wi-Fi password requirements. I was very impressed so I bought a second one. No regret. Highly recommended.
