I ordered two packs. The monitors arrived in a package showing their contents but luckily I was home to receive them. Installation went well, they look sleek and weren't too bulky or uncomfortable when I mounted them on a VESA dual monitor stand. However, I was disappointed when I turned on the computer and saw the panel's terribly slow startup response time. I tried all the settings on the monitors, nothing helped. If the response time is very slow, there will also be a color change. When black objects move across the screen, they leave a reddish streak for a while. Watching videos on it isn't really an option unless there's high contrast or motion that's faster than a powerpoint transition. Even text-only CLIs can move too fast for these panels to keep up, leaving a trail of color when objects move. I've never seen such a short response time on a flat screen. I would have sent them back but I wasn't eligible for a refund as I bought them on sale. I use them now but I can't play or watch videos on my desktop without unplugging my old but much better looking and actually fast monitor.
