I like how easy it was to set up, configure & use! The customer service is outstanding as well (they are always willing/able)to answer any questions or concerns that you may have about their product line - even after hours during holidays!! There really isn't anything bad at all with this software-it's just great overall for our business needs.

We've been able to easily track labels we purchase from various suppliers which helps us keep accurate records of inventory levels in real time while being more organized than ever before. !
