I like that it can be used for many different applications (both internal and external). It also has some really good tools such as creating documents, surveys etc. And there are add-ons available which you could possibly use but if your looking around this platform then they have almost everything you would need within one package. I dislike having all of my documents in one place so this does not make things easier at times. When I am working with clients or colleagues we sometimes do not have the correct information and therefore cannot perform tasks well. This software allows us to see how we can improve our processes.
