It works like it's supposed to.
Wish it had a couple more accessories like a vent brush with the ability to vacuum during the steaming is being done. Otherwise it serves it's purpose

- Can be used to refresh and deodorize carpets, upholstery, and other soft surfaces without damaging them
Cons
- Depending on the user's preference, the steamer's bulky size may be unappealing or impractical
