I was impressed by the comments from other buyers. I also bought this for my red-eared slider (4 years old). She's a picky eater but settled on these tiny pellets like it was the thing! It hasn't even been a month since I gave her this formula and I'm disappointed. The granules are quite small and dissolve quickly. My tortoise will consume about a tablespoon a day but it's too much of a waste of this product to satisfy her. Dissolved product changes the water and makes the tank look pretty weird. I use a Duval U2 filter on a 10 gallon tank and clean it regularly (twice a month). So, to the cook in charge: make the pellets larger, 1/2 inch long and 1/8 inch wide, instead of grass seed.
