It is really easy to install and looks like OEM

Please don't be afraid to do this repair. It's really very simple and only requires two TORX screws. Basically, the outer cover that matches the car's upholstery is held in place by these plastic latches that attach to the inner frame that bolts to the door. To remove the old one, simply pull the outer part of the cover, work and twist until it comes loose. No tools are required to remove this part. It will require some arm strength that my arm fits snugly against. But just keep pulling and unscrewing. The inside handle is attached to the door with three TORX screws. One of these is quite deep in grip, so you'll need an extension cord or a long-handled screwdriver to get there. To achieve this I had to add a bit extension to my default bit driver replacement descriptor. The other large propeller is easy to reach. They are stiff but not that difficult to turn by hand. The smaller one is also right on the surface, making it easy to get to. Simply unscrew them and pull the inside handle out of the door. Mine got a bit stuck from spills and dried goo, but that's not a problem. To install a new inside handle, simply reverse the process and tighten the screws. Then snap the outside of the cover into place. Ready. It is really that easy.
