Great monitor, exceptional picture quality, virtually no backlight and fast refresh rates. Sure it's pricey, but it pretty much has everything you need in a monitor. Should I upgrade to 34 inch? Maybe, maybe not. The 38-inch is definitely big, very big, but it doesn't go far beyond what the 34-inch ultra-wide screen already offers in terms of desktop and gaming immersion. In fact, you probably won't notice the difference between a 34-inch and a 38-inch screen while gaming. These extra vertical pixels are more visible during performance-related activities. Unfortunately mine arrived with dead pixels in the center and I had to send it back but I found I would have preferred just the 34" anyway as the price increase doesn't match the value gained by switching to the 38". . In the future, when the prices go down, I think it will cost more.
