Overall, these are the ideal headphones. They are aesthetically pleasing and exceptionally good at maintaining their charge. It's likely that the noise reduction will go unnoticed, but know that it is happening all the same. All the frequencies below 500 hertz are being wiped off. It can be used as earplugs, relieving pressure on the ears and head from low-frequency noise that you might not even notice but that causes headaches (at least, this is what my own personal observations have shown), while still letting you hear everything going on around you and what people are saying to you. No issues have arisen while using it with my iPhone. Even though I feel many headphones that cost substantially more will be inferior to these, I do not lament the price drop one bit because the current pricing is so affordable for them.
