Fittings leaked after 18 months
Purchased and installed early 2020. Generally very happy with it, but noted some leaks had developed. Had a repairman take a look and the Chinesium fittings had failed causing leaks in the wall, which required pulling the shower to repair. Several other fittings behind the unit had developed leaks as well, though the surface mount nature mitigated the potential catastrophe there. If you get one, use proper fittings behind and disconnect and re seal all fittings.
