EDIT after a few weeks of use (3 stars): After using this shampoo, conditioner and scalp conditioner for a few weeks, I have concluded that my first experiences after the first wash were random . I don't know what I did differently back then, but with every subsequent wash, my dry flakes came back as soon as I got out of the shower. Tried deep cleansing, scalp massage, scalp massagers, double shampooing, used less shampoo/conditioner/product overall, used MORE shampoo/conditioner/product overall. and honestly the situation still sucks. My cereal probably only improved 25%, not 95%. So if I run out of these products, I will most likely move on to something else. FIRST RATING (5 stars): Good. i am a believer I used to not like Ogx products but after repeatedly searching for something to treat my dry scalp (no dandruff but super flaky scalp) I felt this was the one I had to try. I used the extra strength shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment and after one wash I was 95% dandruff free! Usually I even had flakes right after washing - and after brushing and ironing they were everywhere. Today, the scales are almost invisible even after combing and styling. The photo was taken right after combing the part! MARVELOUS.
