This blender has the power. Easily doubles chocolate chip cookie dough, kneads bread dough. I chopped up the ground beef and then used a blender to grind up the veggies into a thick liquid that I add to the meatloaf ingredients that I pureed with the blender. Haven't tried pasta or sausage yet, but it comes with all the attachments. .
