Not the best heat blocker

I liked the color. I followed the instructions and everything went well. The glue is very sticky, so don't touch anything other than the window. I touched the carpet; I have a dog; so that where he touched them they were covered in dog hair. Too bad, I should have vacuumed beforehand. After hitting the west-facing window; I did a heat test. It's a single disk and the thermometer read 85 degrees Fahrenheit with the sun shining through. After the HOHOfilm was pulled up, the thermometer read 82 degrees Fahrenheit. I solved the heat problem by buying double tube blinds.
