This brush looks well made but has a serious design flaw. The brush contains a large collar that is significantly larger in diameter than the shaft, or the size the bristles compress to, preventing it from fitting in almost all bottles. It fits in a thermos or glass jar, but definitely not in what you would call a bottle. The shaft diameter is 12mm/0.5" and the collar is 27mm/1-1/16". This is a large opening for a bottle, it would be more accurate to call it a "can brush" than a "bottle brush".
