The company and the product are very responsive. I managed to apply the film in one go. I read the instructions and accepted the client's suggestion to do it in a slightly steamy bathroom. There is a lot of dog hair floating in my house, and the steam removed all static electricity, and the dog hair easily disappeared from the screen and film. After that I followed the instructions and despite the painstaking work, sticking the foil was not difficult. I have a tiny speck of dust underneath and I think I made a small scratch when squeezing the bubbles out, but they're barely noticeable. Before purchasing I checked with the company if the film would be sensitive to my fingers thinking my iPad thought I was dead or something like that because it didn't register my touches most of the time. They responded very quickly and said it would work and they were right! Much less disappointing that you didn't die! October 2, 2020 I still love the movie. It didn't solve the sensitivity issue as well as I had hoped, but it got better. There are a few scratches and I don't think I'm being particularly tough on it. All in all everything is fine and it protects my screen what it is supposed to do.
