Finest walnut/iron/sepia ink. Be sure to shake the bottle to mix the sediment at the bottom of the jar. That is the difference! However, it is a very nice mix with perfect flowability/viscosity. It will not fall, bleed, or disappear. When used with a pen, it creates a nice opaque line that darkens at the edges of each stroke, creating a nice aged look to the writing. The bottle is easy to dip, but closes well and doesn't leak. Good product. Good price. For best results, make sure the bubbles settle after shaking so they don't get on the pen.
