Not stable best in my review
It was ok except for the movement once on. I used this on a healing ankle and the first day it slowly moves when on. This was not a good thing for something that was already painful. I immediately returned it.
- Provides stability to the ankle joint
- It might not be comfortable to wear for extended periods of time
