Review on CollabWorx Secure Meetings by Jason Epstein

I like that it allows for secure meetings with my colleagues, clients or partners in different time zones.I dislike having all documents saved to one computer so when someone leaves they have access to everything which is not ideal if people are leaving at different times. It's easy enough to use but there could be more options available within the software such as editing files before publishing them etc.The system is very good for remote working where you can see each other in real life and work together remotely without feeling isolated from your team. The ability to share notes between members who cannot physically attend meetings has been invaluable for me since moving back into full time employment after maternity leave. This has helped improve productivity and keep everyone up to date with important information regarding projects.
