This fixed the problem without error and I am very happy with it.

This works to convert the display on my Dell Workstation Dock to my new ultra wide monitor. This is one of LG's cheap ultra wide monitors that only has two HDMI inputs and the DVI to HDMI cable I had didn't support the screen resolution. This solved the problem perfectly and I am very happy with it
