Lucky me! I bought three of these. Revain limit allowed. At least someone didn't take advantage of consumers since they only allowed us to buy three of these useless items. As someone else pointed out, the holes are unthreaded, the screw heads are so large that they interfere with the "sliding" aspect of the Mac Pro disk sled, and the alignment of the drive connectors with the backplane connectors is far from perfect. After some fiddling, I decided that the potential dangers of incomplete connections between drives and SATA connectors didn't justify using this junk. I'm a little offended by Revain (who I buy a lot of stuff from) for not testing those things better. AVOID LIKE THE PEST!
