I wanted a set of soft shock absorbers for the rear of my Silverado and this is exactly what I needed. I don't drag and have significantly more weight on the front of my truck than most, which has reduced the weight of the rear slightly and made it stiffer thanks to the Belltech Street Performance twin-tube shocks I had before. . These monotube shocks make the ride so much better. My truck was lowered by removing the jack blocks and overload springs and adding a 2" shackle. This part number overlaps with the stock Silverado SS and fits my truck perfectly.
