The software is very easy to use, it's intuitive from start-up until end - all features are well explained in detail (including how they work). I like that you can easily add new rules without having to restart or log off/in again. Sometimes when adding more than one rule at once there will be an occasional glitch where some items won't get added but this doesn't happen often enough for me not to continue using them. They have also been great about responding quickly if we need clarification as soon as possible! We're solving problems around our client retention rate which has previously struggled due to poor user experience. It was difficult keeping track before because everything had different labels so now everyone knows what each part does and no longer needs explaining every time someone adds something else into their dashboard.
