I like that it can be used for both inpatient & outpatient procedures/services as well as medication administration information which is very helpful when trying to get everything transferred onto one bill! The software isn't user friendly at all so we have had trouble training new users who are taking over our accounts from previous coders but this has been addressed since then by providing additional guides online or via phone call support - you just need some time working through them until they become familiarized wth how things work here before using regularly themselves!! We're now able t osee patient demographics easily within their billing reports instead having separate spreadsheets where patients' info was stored previously.- Allows us access to more detailed analytics than what would typically come up if only looking overall data points suchas total numbers billed vs payed amount compared between providers- Helps track down problems quicker.
