I wore these boots for one weekend. I might have walked a total of 6 miles in 2 days. The soles are extremely slippery, the comfort level is very poor, and when I went to tie my boot on the second day the lace broke.I would have returned them but it was past my return time.If you are looking to wear them to accent an outfit and nothing more, these are the boots to buy. However, I was looking to be able to go out and walk around with them. If that meant taking a walk with my husband or other simple things.My first day with them, I was with a group of friends and we went to walk up a small hill. I fell! It was a gravel path but nothing that would cause the slipping. Then I was doing some shopping, just walking on the floor tiles in the mall, I could feel that they didn’t feel right while walking. The soles seem like they are a hard plastic. I gave them to a friend and she returned them because she didn’t like the way they were. She can make any pair of shoes work with any outfit or event.So, I guess you get what you pay for.
