Not really worth it

I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately ended up being disappointed after making several batches of soy milk. I was expecting some sand to get into the batch but probably 95% of the solids ended up in the decanter. Although the soy milk was pretty good, it still made the soy milk so thick that I had to hand strain it even more to get the consistency I wanted. And the recommended 1 tablespoon of soybeans per 10 ounces of water for soymilk was so disappointing that I have to at least double the amount of beans for it to taste like anything. However, the car has some advantages. This makes soymilk much faster than if you soak, grind, and strain the beans before boiling the liquid. Its automatic self-cleaning also makes cleaning easier. It was also easy to use, the instructions were clear and simple, and it arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Conclusion: I don't think I can recommend this product to everyone. For a maximum yield of 20 ounces per cycle, if I have to go the extra step of pushing the product even further, it's not worth the $187.11 (including tax) I paid for it.
