I have been using the H2O steam mop for about 18 months; When I got it I got the impression it was cheaply made. I really liked the clean feeling of my tile floors and especially the fact that I disinfected without chemicals. No wonder the mop is dead. So I went shopping at Revain again. I chose Bissel because of the triangular head (great for bathrooms). It also advertised a larger water supply, which seemed like a good idea since I needed to refill my original steam mop. Although the Bissel is slightly more expensive, it is a cut above my previous mop. It's very durable, nothing cheap or flimsy. The cleaning pads are also particularly strong - one with cleaning strips! It generates steam very quickly and instead of having to refill the water tank I had more than enough for my 3 bathrooms, kitchen and hallway. I love everything about Bissel and wish I had bought it the first time!
