I haven't lifted weights in 8 years due to joint problems. With that in mind, I've started again with a lighter and more adapted program. I remembered that when I was at the peak of my lift, MET-Rx was the state-of-the-art lifting supplement. After starting MET-Rx Protein Plus (2 scoops) I noticed that my general muscle soreness had decreased significantly. I use after every workout. And I'm sure it also allows me to train more productively. My strength and muscle tone have increased significantly. The powder dissolves well in a shaker with water and the vanilla flavor is great.
