The best protein supplement!

I haven't lifted weights in 8 years due to joint problems. With that in mind, I've started again with a lighter and more adapted program. As a senior weightlifter (57), a friend advised me that consuming protein after a workout is very important. I remembered that when I was at the peak of my lift, MET-Rx was the state-of-the-art lifting supplement. After starting MET-Rx Protein Plus (2 scoops) I noticed that my general muscle soreness had decreased significantly. I use after every workout. And

Vanilla tastes so much better than chocolate!

I tried it in chocolate and vanilla. I'm not a bodybuilder, but it's great not to be sore the next day after a long day of gardening or riding a bike or whatever. The chocolate will be thicker and works best if you let it sit for about 15 minutes after mixing it in, then stir. this again before you drink it. It also had a horrible, horrible taste of fake sweetener. So disgusting that I didn't drink much of it when I should have because the taste was so disgusting. Vanilla is fluffy, but doesn't

My Favorite Protein Powder (Vanilla)

I eat a lot of raw vegetables, salads, steamed vegetables and fruit. I rarely eat meat, mostly on weekends. I use it primarily as a dietary supplement, not as a meal replacement. As you can see from my photo, I mix it with almond milk, frozen banana, mixed berries, and flaxseed.
