
I tried it in chocolate and vanilla. I'm not a bodybuilder, but it's great not to be sore the next day after a long day of gardening or riding a bike or whatever. The chocolate will be thicker and works best if you let it sit for about 15 minutes after mixing it in, then stir. this again before you drink it. It also had a horrible, horrible taste of fake sweetener. So disgusting that I didn't drink much of it when I should have because the taste was so disgusting. Vanilla is fluffy, but doesn't dissolve as easily as chocolate. I whip it up with a whisk and it turns my smoothie into a thick foam that reminds me of cake batter or warm vanilla soft serve. The taste is much milder with no artificial nasty chemical aftertaste. Tastes much better with fruits etc. It would be ideal if it dissolves more easily.
