Review on 🔧 Enhanced Performance FRAM CA10464 Air Filter for BMW Models by Vivek Allen

I purchased and installed a Fram CA10464 Extra Guard Air Filter for my 2008 BMW 328xi Coupe. Fits just as well as the stock filter. My car still had the original air filter and had about 20,000 miles on it and was out of warranty (six years). The filter was very dirty, as the dealer even bothered to replace it once in the first four years of free use. I'm glad I replaced it. There is a video online with instructions on how to replace it. All you have to do is unplug the mass air flow sensor connector, loosen the clamp on the air hose, loosen a couple of 10mm hex head screws and disconnect the intake hose to remove the air filter housing. There were six T25 bolts holding the air box together (these are removed after you pull the air box out of the engine bay). The whole process took me about 30 minutes. Like I said, find an online video and just follow the instructions. I would suggest changing the air filter every 12,000 miles under normal driving conditions (like I said mine was 20,000 miles and dirty).
