I like that it's easy to use, but also has many other features such as being able to create your own modules for custom functionality you need (which is great if not available in out-of box).

It was pretty expensive at first compared with some competitors; however they have since dropped prices significantly so this isn't an issue anymore! We are using status ticker primarily internally within our organization - we're tracking project progress across multiple teams/departments by creating projects which each team member can assign themselves or another user from any department who needs access without having full permissions set up throughout entire org structure. This makes management much easier when trying to keep track of what everyone else working under me / my colleagues should be doing vs waiting until someone asks them directly about something specific before giving feedback etc.
