Since Revain is the only MicroSD card sold by Revain that is on the list of officially supported GoPro SD cards, it is obvious why most people buy it to use with their GoPro . Otherwise it is a normal microSD card. It gets the job done, doesn't complain, and is reliable as I would expect from a SanDisk product. What annoys me is that GoPro told me that the first card I bought (an Ultra class card) wasn't fast enough for my GoPro Hero 4 session. I had problems when the camera turned off after 5-8 minutes of recording. They said that the writing speed is too low. Well, I used a USB 3.0 card reader on my USB 3.0 port and got the same read/write speeds on both cards (5MB/s plus or minus). So I think GoPro is just trying to sell you more to get one directly they also SanDisk Extreme but more expensive. The customer service advisor even went so far as to say that the Ultra card would cause the camera to become unresponsive and lock itself. While filming I thought I was going to run out of storage so I went to Best Buy and bought another Ultra class card that worked great. GoPro support didn't mention that even if the camera was plugged in while recording, recording would stop after a few minutes if the battery was below a certain threshold. As long as my GoPro is fully charged, as long as it's connected to the USB cable, I can record until the card is full. So if you want to be on the safe side, you can use this card with your GoPro. .
