Is terrible and can't be returned.
My cat won't touch this, he just tries to cover it up and I can't say that I blame him. It smells terrible and is just a very liquid mush. Of course it's not returnable, I guess if it was the company would go out of business. I don't recommend it and I won't buy from this company in the future since they don't stand by their customers by allowing returns.
