Update: We received the replacement with no problems. So far no problems with the new one. Switch to 3 stars and try again in a few weeks. I'm not sure if it's an unbalanced fan or something, but this thing is very loud! I received it on March 2nd and it was fine for about 3 days and then it got louder. A few days later he started making a strange noise like a knocking or something. He was and was in the same area of our main living space all the time. He got knocked out or something. This is an area that we cannot ignore. My husband said it looks like a fan balancing issue. I have sensitive ears and this thing is driving me crazy! We bought it because of my allergies so I have to wear it but it's too much noise. Can anyone contact us what we can do to fix this? Or does it need to be replaced? I turned on the video. By the way, this seems to work differently. I noticed that the air got lighter and smelled better. The item itself is not too big and looks good. I will update this review.
