Great platform - User friendly and helpful staff

The application has been very easy for our department to use, with an abundance of resources provided by support team members who are always available via email or phone.
I like that you can easily track all your applications through one place! It would be nice if we could have more options when it comes to searching within specific sections, but overall this software works well for us! We love how easy it is to update our files after each award cycle closes. This helps ensure that there isn't any missing information in regards to awards received.

Pros

That everything from grant cycles both internal as external can go into 1 system instead having multiple programs/spreadsheets scattered throughout different folders makes life much easier!! Also being able do search across entire database (not just individual grants) saves time looking up info quickly before filling out forms etc
