Review on Moog K8361 Radius Arm Bushing by Mike Pettigrew

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Tricky setup, so watch out!

Rubber cushions differed significantly from factory rubbers both in terms of shape and appearance. However, correct alignment is fairly obvious. What I mean by "smooth adjustment" is that I cracked and split the first bushing when tightening the nut to 100 ft/lbs at the end of the radius. At first I thought "Cheap foreign exchange rate!" But when the second screwed without any problems, I realized my mistake. It is very important that the screw ends of the radius arms go into the hub brackets as far as possible. Otherwise you run the risk of putting uneven stress on the bushing which in my case can cause it to crack and splinter and do this before the nut is fully tightened after which it can be tightened to 100ft/lb.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Everything is fine
