Overkill maybe, but works great.

Well, first off, I bought these for home use. Why? Well, I have a puppy that looks more like a dirty, dirty puppy. I have tile and laminate at home. I couldn't keep up because of the rain and some digging. Out with the broom, rumba, try 3 different faster, water jet versions, dry and wet with soft lining. Ordinary pug with a sponge. So the faster ones were useless and just shoved dirt around and didn't get up enough. Change pads at least twice and repeat weekly. However, tiles can be cleaner. The waterjet version was slightly better, but these grips break and are scrap. Roomba helped pick up the loose dirt but couldn't get it all out. A standard foam mop worked better, but then you switch heads every time you mop and the dirt is still scattered. So how did I get here? Was shopping at our local Costco and noticed the price on washable commercial mops. Cheap and reusable. The product is excellent, it rings perfectly with the mop. Drives around the house without spilling water. You don't need to wear it. When you're done, just flush the water down the toilet. When you factor in the cost of faster nozzles, new mop heads, and broken cheap retail mops. The investment was profitable. I am planning to buy cheap mop heads to clean up the area in the garage. At home, the thing should last for years. Really wrings out the mop, just enough to use on laminate floors. If you decide to try it on laminate floors, get a mop with a plastic head so you don't scratch your floors. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005KD3XDS/ref=ya_aw_oh_pit.
