Years ago I crushed my heel (on crutches for quite a while). Hasn’t really bothered me for a long time, but now it is very painful. Memory foam does not work. Total shoe inserts do not work. These gel heel pads are the wonderful! They don’t flatten out.
- Heel pain is horrible. I need to wear two heel products for relief plus compression socks.
- They may not provide enough cushioning
