Does the trick! in my review

Years ago I crushed my heel (on crutches for quite a while). Hasn’t really bothered me for a long time, but now it is very painful. Memory foam does not work. Total shoe inserts do not work. These gel heel pads are the wonderful! They don’t flatten out.

Pros

Heel pain is horrible. I need to wear two heel products for relief plus compression socks.

Cons

They may not provide enough cushioning
