Very impressed with the quality

I was very happy with this gate. Great material and construction and it works exactly as it should. It looks and feels like some serious adult quality, not some random, last-minute, desperate decision by a struggling college student. You might find something like this in the proud country house of an aspiring pension pyramid marketing guru who put all his effort into preserving the exterior but had to erect a gate between their rooms. If it's good enough for her, it's good enough for me because this lady knows how to furnish a home. It goes beyond simple aesthetics and smart installation. It is of very good quality, thick metal and not too heavy, but still very strong so that a very strong dog or very muscular child can be locked inside as long as good conscience allows. For me, it's about 5 minutes while petting my dog-hating cats, or up to an hour while said cats eat their wet food and then put on a sadistic parody show for my sad dog to demonstrate how badly she can't . eat them behind the gate, no matter how ugly they talk. PS: If you take it out of the box and the gate seems to be crooked, this is normal and OK. It is built to favor one side for physical reasons. So if you mount it in a door it will have enough pressure to stay closed. No damage to the house: On the walls it is normal - no damage. Moved it several times and it's great. Easy Installation: I am crippled at the moment and still managed to install it myself from a wheelchair. It's a bit heavy and I use my legs a bit so it helped but I think most people will be able to put it on without too much trouble. Didn't use the instructions but they were included and they looked ok.
