So I needed one of these so that when I have my mum's dog at home she can go outside as I live in the city and all. It was nice, easy to set up, depending on whether you want to wrap something like we did outside in our garden with a pole, or you decide to attach to a hook in the ground, which I think would be better if it were permanent . Selection. My mom's dog is about 65 pounds and is a terrier/boxer mix so not a very small dog and keeps him in place well. The spring is nice, so when they try to jump on something it doesn't pull them back as much as a normal one, it's sort of like a pillow. I would say that it is very durable and you will not have any problems whatever the weather as you can tell that it is made of good quality reinforced material. I love the velcro format it makes you feel your dog is more secure. It's also a good amount of yards for them to run, which I like and so does they. I recommend it. I'm not sure if it would do well with a large dog like a rottweiler or someone with a lot of muscle mass. Even if they were under 250 I think they would break it easily.
