Missing parts, non-working motor

We spent a lot of time building the project only to find at the end, after everything was in place, that the knobs and one of the motors were missing. was without function. In order to return this item, we need to include the entire project. The seller is aware of the problem but has not resent the missing buttons and now has to resend a new motor or refund our money.
