Great Customer Service Software: E-Service

They are very active when you send an e mail, they call back right away to ask questions about your service request or product interest etc., I like that! The price is too high for what it does but if more people use this tool then maybe there will be lower prices available in future versions of their software? We have been able with our customers using these services from EService by contacting them over email only which saves time as we don't need phone calls anymore!! The best thing about this software is that it's very easy to use, has many features for customer service such as call recording which helps with training your team members! I dislike how some of my customers are treated by other employees in certain departments but overall its been great so far!! It makes tracking calls easier than using excel or paper files because you can see all details at once without having multiple sheets open up (but then again there could be an option for more tabs).

Pros
  • Best feature would definitely bee being tracked through emails/calls.
  • Easy way track information quickly via one system instead separate pieces spread around different rooms here
  • Great support staff who responds fast enough even though sometimes not completely accurate
Cons
  • Empty
