I like that it allows us as an organization for all of our projects at once in one place which makes data collection much easier than using multiple applications across different platforms or websites/apps etc..
The interface could be more intuitive but there are ways around this if you know how! If your looking into purchasing tabs cafm make sure they have good customer service support because sometimes their help desk can seem very unresponsive depending where from out side US we're located (Canada). We use tabca FM mainly throughout Canada however when managing jobs outside Canadian borders i will still utilize them just so everything stays centralized within my department rather then going through several other departments such has HR ect...
