I've only been taking this for a few days. I will come back and repeat my review when I finish this very expensive package. Another reviewer mentioned sodium nitrate. In the few days I've been taking this, my blood pressure has actually gone up 20 points since taking it, and it doesn't go down for at least 12 hours afterward. I have had problems with sodium nitrate in the past and this worries me. As this is probably the cause of my blood pressure spikes shortly after taking it. I am sensitive to sodium nitrate. Still, I hate throwing away something that costs the same but may have to. I have taken another nitric oxide supplement that is much cheaper and really works within a short time of taking it. I took it last night to lower my blood pressure after taking NEO40 and this morning before taking NEO40 my blood pressure was perfect. Now another 20 points more.
