Easy to clean in a set
Easy to clean and heats up evenly. Copper pans have become my favorites for their ease of use. I still use some water or oil on the bottom of the shaft to prevent sticking. These pans do not require the same heat as regular pans. So if you find your pan is burning, you can lower the temperature.
