Uncertain Electronics

The iProven Blood Pressure Cuff 2020 Model is new to me. I may revise this review with time.Over the first few days I can see it is easy to use. I cannot judge it's accuracy as I don't have another "standard" to compare these readings to. The batteries that arrived with the device showed 1/4 charge on the monitor. I assumed they were low. After a couple days use the cuff wouldn't work because of low battery. I discarded and put in new batteries. Within a couple days the device reported "low" charge. I tested my batteries with my voltmeter. My batteries showed full charge. I re-installed these. The cuff then showed 1/4 charge and did function. Changing the batteries to test may have changed the quality of the contacts. ? I do not understand why the device shows 1/4 charge when the voltmeter shows full charge. I am considering return due to faulty electronics. I hope the manufacturer will advise after reading this review. to be continued
