The quality of these towels will not disappoint. They are very thick and look great; However, I missed 15 napkins. They are sold in packs of 40 but I only have 35. I'm sure of that because I folded each napkin individually. I saved the tissues because I had already folded a whole pack when I noticed some were missing. I counted two other packs and the same thing, each pack was missing 5 pieces. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a reply. Update follows. Update: I got a response from the seller who was very nice and offered a $10 refund for the missing towels. To be honest I just appreciate the response and that they really care. Overall I am satisfied with the product quality and customer service.
